We have been catering events for the past twenty years. Our catering department includes a full mobile cater-transport system to serve our customers at anytime at any place. We have a full line of linen for the tables as well as a full line of tableware.
Further services include floral arrangements, DJ’s and Mariachis. We are capable of catering from fifteen to fifteen hundred people. Margarita machines are available for rental; Los Lupes is licensed by T.A.B.C. to serve alcoholic beverages. Restaurant rental is also available. Decorations such as Piñatas, Sarapes and Food Sculptures are available at an additional cost. Each catering is customized according to the customer’s special occasion.

This dish contains roasted tomatoes, a pinch of sea salt, fresh garlic cloves and jalapeño peppers ground fresh in the Molcajete. Salsa made the original way! Add fresh roasted nopales (cactus) on a bed of fresh melted Monterrey cheese topped with beef, chicken fajita and grilled shrimp. Served with Guacamole, rice and your choice of Charro or refried beans.

Serving times are scheduled based on the guest count at the event.

Normal serving time is 1 hour for up to 150 guest at no charge. Over 150 guests will require an additional serving line at an extra charge.

Fun Chocolate Facts

Chocolate is one of the most popular foods around.

Henri Nestle of Switzerland was the first to create Milk Chocolate by adding condensed milk to the mixture when making chocolate bars.

Chocolate can increase the level of serotonine in the brain. Serotonin levels are often decreased in people with depression.

Chocolate was considered an aphrodisiac by the Aztec Indians, and as such, was forbidden to women. Today, some postulate that chocolate triggers a brain chemical that produces the same reaction brought on by a passionate love affair.

Unlike other caterers, our fountain is FREE. We do not charge for chocolate, take down, clean up, or delivery.
The charge is only for the dipping items at $2.75. This includes three items. Each additional item is $0.75.

There is a service fee of $120 to pay for the professional attendant.*

Carry Out Orders:

Customers may pick up their orders at any of our locations. Carry out orders include disposable tableware. Please note that you must place your call with the catering department directly for a quote and instructions. Any order over 15 guests must be made to the Catering Department.

Delivery Service:
Our catering department is equipped with a full mobile cater-transportation. Your food will be transported in insulated suitcases, to insure warmth and freshness. The delivery service includes serving utensils, tableware such as plates, forks, knives, spoons and napkins. We will also deliver complimentary chips and hot sauce. If beverages are ordered we will supply the cups, condiments and ice. Delivery fees may vary. All food will be packed in bulk. We can not control the portions being served. Delivery service does not guarantee food portions. Food is delivered at 180 ° F it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain proper serving temperature.

On-Site Serving:
Staff is available for any type of event, which includes servers, wait staff, bartenders, and bussers. Our staff is licensed by the Texas Health Department as well as the T.A.B.C. and we also carry liability insurance. We provide both buffet and seated style serving.
Our buffet style serving will be setup with chaffing dishes to maintain the temperature and taste until your event commences. All tableware will be provided. Upgrades to ceramic ware or our deluxe tableware are available. The on-site service guarantees food portions. We will control the amount of food being served. Table service offers serving of all meals, appetizers, main course, dessert and beverages. Other services such as complete cleaning during and after the event are also available for an additional cost.


Terms and conditions
: deposits made towards this booking are non-refundable, but are applied to the total of the catering proposal. Payment of the balance is due 24 hours prior to food and service being rendered. When placing a pick up order or delivery, portions are not guaranteed due to the lack of control by Los Lupes® at the time of serving. Menu and count changes must be done 24 hours in advance prior to the event, with pricing subject to change based on the original bid. Cancellations must be made in writing 72 hours in advance to the Catering Department, if cancellation is not made 72 hours in advance; customer is completely responsible for the cost of the entire catering. A proposal must be signed and faxed back to the Catering Department in order to process your catering booking. Without a signed and returned proposal, your catering will not be scheduled. Customer must provide two six foot tables for set up of food and beverages. Additional fees apply if service is provided outside 30 mile radius from Irving, TX. Prices may vary without notice.
